Happy Pokémon Day

Pokemon has played a large part in my life. I remember as a kid the excitement I felt whenever they would release a new game. Generation three, in my mind, holds the title for the best Pokemon generation, I was trying to figure out how to include pokemon into my healthier lifestyle change. I was presented with an amazing opportunity today. Pokemon presents was a 19 minute long video, so I put it on my TV and took the time to stretch as I watched it. As I was watching the announcement I saw a netflix series that was a stop motion pokemon show. In curiosity I looked up the first 4 episodes and decided to walk on the treadmil while I watched them. I realize now that this is the kind of motivation I need to get on the treadmil, for what I consider to be a significant amount of time. I was just walking at a steady 2.3 mph as I watched the shows. Now to some that is a rather slow walking pace, but for me I felt a little out of breath after I finished the last episode. 

It isnt about having the perfect motivation and being ready to go at all times, but taking the opportunity when something presents itself. I’m actually proud of myself. I didnt feel the best when I woke up today, but I still took the opportunity to continue my journey and make every day better.
