oday is day two of my journey. Yesterday was a bit of an interesting day. After completeing my schoolwork, I was ready to get more steps in, but sitting at a computer all day had left my back incredibly sore. It was an almost debilitating amount of pain, so after taking a dose of tylenol I focused on the healthy changes I could make in my life. I made sure to focus on m,y eating, because couldn’t focus on exercise. One of the things IO’ve learned is to always have easy healthy food on standby, I consumed a few protien shakes, some fresh fruit, and some steamed vegtables. WHat I really need to start doing is meal prepping. Having some premade healthy meals will make life alot easier on the more difficult days. That something to remember for the future. Even though it was a tough day, I will say my mental health was overall good. I took the time to meditate (something I really should do more) and It made me feel better about myself.
