This is to be the first post of many to document weight loss, healthy living, and any good tips I have for dealing with life as a disabled Adult.I’m begining my journey at nearly the heaviest I have ever been, 250 Pounds. Im legally blind and my most difficult symptoms, to deal with, are pain, fatigue, and low vision. bRight now my days are spent studying, reading, walking, and writing, I have been trying to eat healthier, consuming more whole fruits and vegetables. I will document both my progression with losing weight, and any experiences I want to share.
